Hassan established the Annex Hotel and Himalaya House in 1997 and now oversees all aspects of the properties working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Hassan likes to make certain every aspect of the properties are perfect to ensure you can maximise your time in the region getting to know the people, culture and life in the Himalayas.

Gulzar has been supporting Hassan in running the properties since 1997.  Gulzar is very passionate about bringing our guests to Kashmir from Dharamshala so they can experience ‘shangri-la’… the mountains, the people and all aspects of life in Kashmir.
