Subana is our jack of all trades at Himalaya House. You will see him around the place, fixing, cleaning, and tiding doing any sort of maintenance around the property. Subana's two sons are often with him helping out. We love having Subana around as he is always there for us helping out wherever needed.

Ramzan is our head trekking guide for Kashmir and knows everything about the mountains.  Ramzan grew up in the Kashmir Himalayas and is most happy when he is trekking in the mountains.  Every aspect of your trek is looked after by Ramzan.  He is known as the gentle giant and you are very well looked after when you go trekking with Ramzan.

Ghulam Rasool runs the kitchen and cooks up a storm providing delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner which are served in our dining room overlooking the Lidder River and sourrounding mountains.

Raju and Karan have recently joined us and are from the state of Bihar.  They are learning the ropes at present and so far are doing a great job.  Together they look after the guest areas making sure everything is clean and comfortable for our guests.
