I wanted to write at this late date, to say: That when I stayed at the Annex in Dharamsala. I could not have received a greater welcome and service during my stay. The staff were excellent, the service was excellent . The managers were so accommodating and I could not have been more cared for. I can recommend the Annex to everyone whom wishes to stay at the Annex. I would recommend that anyone interested in staying in Dharamsala to stay at the Annex. They far exceeded my expectations ! AND it was worth while, the prices they charge are reasonable and you always get good value on all levels. The breakfasts on the Terrace are wonderful. I am happy that you show this e mail on their notice board to others. Next time I am in Dharamsala to visit the Dalai Lama, I with with no doubt stay at the Annex Hotel.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our nine days at the Annex Hotel. The hotel is away from the noise and congestion of Mcleod Ganj yet only a two minute walk from the market area and Dr. Yashi Dhondon's clinic, the reason for our trip, and only five minutes walk from the Dalia Lamas complex. Our Suite room was very clean and provided a delightful area for reading, sitting, and eating tasteful meals from the Hotel's kitchen when we did not got out to restaurants. The views are magnificent and the staff friendly, accommodating and straightforward in business dealings. We look forward to our stay here next year.
The Annex Hotel was a wonderful place to stay! From the initial booking through to our departure, I found the owner/manager (Mr.Hassan) and entire staff extremely accommodating, friendly, efficient, reliable. If it had been possible, I would have extended our stay much longer. I would most definitely stay there again, and enthusiastically recommend it to everyone. The rooms were spotless and quite comfortable, but best of all, they had balconies with spectacular views out over the mountains and valley below. I was traveling with a group of university students, and we arrived at 5 A.M. to be welcomed on the terrace cafe with a cup of green tea and a gorgeous Himalayan sunrise. Mr. Hassan was especially helpful in arranging transportation to our next destination when our originally planned means fell through at the last minute. I can't recommend him and his Hotel highly enough.

We Stayed at the ANNEX Hotel for 8 weeks. It is a great hotel located just by the city but on a quiet street, balcony with valley view and soft comfortable beds. Good cleaning of the rooms and service minded staff. Nice rooftop with both valley and snow-hill views!!!!
I love so much staying at the Himalaya House, that I have wish I could stay more time. Room is cozy, food is great and delicious. Ghulam, Ramzan and all the guys made me feel like home. Their treatment is excellent. Thank you very much to all at Himalaya House, thanks to Hassan Hakeem. Trekking was great! Ramzan is a wonderful guide, very experienced and made me feel safe all the time, I am coming back soon! Insha allha!
On my fourth visit to Mcleodganj, I have at last found a Hotel to meet my needs clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. It is the ANNEX were you will be welcomed by Majeed and Hassan Hakeem. Their warm hospitality is genuine because they really care about their guests. The women who clean and serve meals are pleasant and do a nice job. I frequently used the fast Internet on site at the hotel. Start your day with the breakfast in the privet garden on the rooftop and watch the sunset and the end of the day, unforgettable!

The Annex Hotel is a delight, perched on a steep cliff. The hotel offers charming, comfortable, clean rooms each with a balcony over looking the valley below. The area is quiet and from the rooftop garden they serve fresh cooked food. The owners and staff are very helpful in a practical ways. The owners found me an excellent doctor who came to my room promptly. The internet and skype facilities make it easy to stay in touch with friends and family at home. One feels like a guest in a family home rather than an hotel. The view of the mountains and the snow topped peaks from the terrace is awe-inspiring.
I have had a very pleasant stay here and i am grateful for the good service i have had in this Hotel.The views have been nothing sort of spectacular and i shall miss the wildlife. I think the rooftop area has been presented in a polite and respectful manner and makes for a relaxing experience.

Dear Fellow Travelers, Mcleodganj is a unique and wonderful place and our visit was enhanced by staying at the Annex Hotel. It is a clean and comfortable hotel and the food is great. Our thanks to the Hakeem brothers for making our stay really enjoyable and truly unforgettable.
My experience in Kashmir was really incredible. I stayed at Himalaya House, Pahalgam which was a unique and very special experience. The hotel itself was warm and comfortable and in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens. The staff were so friendly and always attentive. I always felt comfortable and like I was at my own home. Pahalgam is a beautiful town set in a stunning valley surrounded by mountains. I found the whole of Kashmir very tranquil and friendly with absolutely no problems with police presence but all the Kashmiris just go about their lives with no sense or aggrivation which I thought was pretty amazing.

A really great hotel, I have stayed at the Annex Hotel a few times now and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are very comfortable and all with incredible views.
